Salty: pan biscotto, pan grated bread for pearà, bread with herbs. Desserts: tarts, cookies “esse”, puotti (doll shaped Chistmas cookies).

The bakery products of the territory are many, and often bounded to the festivities and traditions. Nothing is thrown away: even stale bread finds its reuse.
